The high capacity Lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack provides power to the wireless Confidea units. Lithium-ion rechargeable cells have a long lifespan as they do not have charging degradation issues associaded with other rechargeble battery types.
The smart battery pack is monitored and controlled via a built-in microcontroller which monitors the recharging process and prevents overloading.
